Journaling, according to mental health professionals, is one of the most recommended tools to have a clearer mind and a happier life. It helps to release mental blockades and be more precise about your thoughts. Additionally, journaling helps to understand your desires, priorities, and worries.

I have been journaling for many years and recommend it as part of every client's homework. I am always on my soap box promoting the incredible benefits of journaling.

However, many don't know where to begin or what to write down.

Journaling is the most incredible opportunity where there is no judgement and there are no rules. You can write in different languages, scribble pictures, or add colourful paint. What ever you want! It's your journal.

I thought it's time to really dive into the Power of Journaling as a group.

During the workshop we will cover the different methods of writing

How it can become a process of healing where you are documenting and

your emotions are being witnessed.

How words are energy and a single habit can unlock the magic of creating a mental space to encourage calmness and peacefulness.
