Spring Has Sprung!

Every spring season brings such a transformational energy.

I look forward to the early sunrise, the birds chirping, the flowers sprouting and the trees are in full bloom.

We have arrived at the peak of spring.

An opportunity for spring cleaning not only your space but your mindset.

Contemplating maybe to create new intentions, revisiting your routines and activities, practicing gratitude and growth. Keeping in mind the most important part is being present consciously but also being in your physical body.

You are the gardner of your mind, our mind is like a garden; you have to be careful what seeds you let get planted.

If every action is the result of a thought, than every thought is the result of a seed we let take root in our minds.

For example; a song, movie, conversation create seeds into your mind that can plant and take root. This also includes things we don’t really think about – such as books we read, advertisements we see, and other interactions we have. They all contribute seeds into our garden.

I was recently at a retreat and we did a wonderful exercise with a painting. The painting represented your world. You were asked "are you an observer of the painting" or an active participant?

My challenge to you is to observe and reflect how would you tweak or add to the painting.

Observing where you are at and checking in what you might need to navigate the spring season. Maybe needing more self-care a Reflexology session or a Reiki session, considering a wellness technology, maybe creating stillness meetings, making time for fun, visiting friends and family or just adding more fruits and veggies to your diet. Take the time to reflect, I am here to remind you that you are so deserving!
