The ALIGN Adventure events are designed to launch you into a new way of being where you are in command of your life, your relationships and your life’s purpose. If you want to ALIGN with your life’s purpose and create more abundance, more love, more peace, more joy, then you must vibrate at the level where these resources and energy exist.
You will have the opportunity to: (1) Reset and Recharge (2) raise your level of consciousness, vibration and frequency to create the life you are meant to live; (3) launch yourself from a foundation of poor resources or energy to a place where you will feel powerful and unshakable in all aspects of your life (4) ALIGN with your purpose; why you are here.
Working with my good friends Grace So, RMT, RCRT, RMO, Advanced SRI Facilitator, Registered Massage Therapist & Manual Osteopath, Dr. Joe Piazza, Neuro-Structural Chiropractor, and Dr. Tony Sandorfi, Neuro-Structural Chiropractor. Let's not forget my hubby David Bienstock, Life Coach extraordinaire as part of staff to support your journey. Of course I will be assisting throughout the weekend.
I am going to provide a little glimpse about the workshop.
(Let's try to keep it in plain language)
The workshop combines Somato Respitory Integration - SRI as it will ground and educate your body’s rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention on gentle breath, mindful movement and touch. SRI provides you with a means of placing your attention on your body, the vessel of human spirit, and provides a tool for focusing your attention in a way that works for your healing and empowerment. Grace will be adding her Intuitive Guided Meditations throughout the day!
(Personally I feel so empowered after these sessions with Grace despite I am staff . LOL)
Dr. Joe and Dr. Tony will be meeting with each of you where you are at.
The goal is gently giving your nervous system an upgrade - an opportunity to live from a higher energy state . The end result is that you start plugging the holes, having more clarity and bringing more focus.
Absolute great opportunity to build, and realign your mind and body in order to meet the demands and the challenges you are facing each day.
Remember when you bring your physical body, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and perceptions into ALIGNment, you experience all of WHO you are. Remembering the love that you are!!!!
