Having Trouble Sleeping?
How our puppy sleeps so happily! Most of us yearn for a sound sleep 😴 to be refreshed and ready to start the next day! Maybe we can learn from our canines how they sleep with such abandon! There is huge association between sleep and adverse health effects. Came across a Australian study that stated simply sleeping less than 6 or 7 hrs on average per night runs the risk of fatigue, obesity, or even diabetes. 🐶 Fascinating how many do the total opposite with our hectic schedules and life demands. A sound sleep has become sadly a challenge! Maybe something as simple as turning off electronics earlier in the evening and avoiding snacking. Creating an opportunity for a good sleep and feeling better!🐶
