An opportunity to be open to a transformation as we reflect and we consciously link our awareness to the cycles of nature, and of course our understanding of our own cycles.
The fall represents the harvest time of year, a time to acknowledge growth and expansion as a natural evolution of our organic beings. Our lives go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth just as we see in nature.

Join us as we spend a lovely afternoon together experiencing a Reiki Healing, guided meditations, sounding healing with Lea from Power of Sound, and working with Marisa a Qi Gong practice to ground and connect with Mother Earth. And much more!!!!
